SpiFlash® W25X/W25Q Series: The W25X series supports Dual-SPI, while the W25Q series supports Quad-SPI/QPI, with a capacity range of 512Kb to 512Mb. The W25Q RV/RV+ series is designed for low-power IoT applications. The W25Q128J/W25Q256J models are classic industrial/automotive-grade products that support 104MHz/133MHz clock frequencies and wide temperature operation.
Octal NOR Series: Equipped with an 8-line parallel interface, this series delivers high bandwidth and low latency, ideal for high-density code storage requirements in automotive infotainment systems and industrial control equipment.
SpiStack W25M Series: This series adopts heterogeneous stacking of NOR and NAND Flash, supporting simultaneous read and write operations as well as fast OTA updates. It cuts write time by 90%, making it suitable for devices that require frequent firmware updates.
